1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EET) will begin processing on the next business day.
During processing, we verify order details, prepare items for shipment, and arrange secure packaging.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days for all destinations.
Total estimated delivery time (including processing of 1-4 business days): 7 to 16 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders to all countries listed above. No minimum purchase required.
No additional shipping fees are added at checkout unless explicitly stated.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
6. Delays
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons. In such cases, we will do our best to keep customers informed.
