2. Products and Pricing
Product Information: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and details are accurate. All products are brand new and authentic.
Pricing: All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes, issuing a full refund if applicable.
3. Orders
Order Processing: Orders may be cancelled before shipment without additional cost. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process will apply (see our Returns Policy).
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to all countries we serve (see Shipping Policy for full list of destinations).
Estimated processing and delivery times are clearly displayed in our Shipping Policy. All orders are shipped using DHL.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect (see Warranty Policy for defective items).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days (as stated in our Returns Policy).
6. Product Authenticity
Sneakerprime offers products sourced through verified wholesale and retail distribution channels within the European market. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Nike, Adidas, or any other brand mentioned on this website.
